Weekly Conference Calls for Physicians

CMS has announced weekly conference calls for physicians focused on Part D issues.  They will be held every Tuesday at 2 p.m. ET, beginning on December 20, 2005.  Below is the full CMS announcement:

Dear Doctor,
On December 20th, please join CMS at 2pm EST for the first of a series of weekly conference calls focused on Part D issues. These calls will be held every Tuesday at 2PM until the Part D benefit is fully implemented. This will be your chance to ask questions, make suggestions, and learn about the current implementation status.  These calls will be hosted by Dr. William Rogers and staffed by CMS policy experts.  The toll free call in number 1-800-619-2457 and the password is "Part D".  Please dial in a few minutes prior to 2pm to avoid being stuck in the queue.  If you have any issues or questions, please email me prior to the call at Robert.Bennett@cms.hhs.gov.

The first call will take place on 12/20, due to the holidays we will skip 12/27 and resume the weekly calls on 1/3/06.
